- Geolocation data: general location data derived from your IP address or location information you choose to provide through location-related features on our Services (e.g., store locator functionality), such as your country, state or province, city, or your zip code.

Please note that we do not seek to collect sensitive Personal Data or special categories of Personal Data, as those terms are defined under applicable law, through the Services.

You Provide Information to Us

From Business Partners and Service Providers
We may receive Personal Data about you from other sources and combine that with information we collect directly from or about you. For example, we may obtain certain information about you from business partners or service providers that we engage to perform services on our behalf, such as website platform, email platform, consent management platform, and content providers; advertising networks and analytics providers; and security and anti-fraud services.
The Personal Data we may receive from third-party sources include information about your interests, contact information, transaction-related information, marketing or campaign information, public profile information, engagement metrics, or other information relevant to our relationship with you or your interaction with our Services.
HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA

We may use de-identified or anonymized data (non-personal data as defined under applicable law) which can no longer be associated with you for any legitimate business purpose, consistent with applicable law. For example, we may aggregate usage data to calculate the percentage of users accessing our Website and Services. However, if we combine or connect non-personal data with Personal Data so that it directly or indirectly identifies an individual, we treat the combined information as Personal Data in accordance with this Policy.

Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/EU/UK)
For individuals residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), or otherwise subject to the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”), we process Personal Data only where we have a legal basis under applicable data protection law. If we believe the purpose for which we use your Personal Data goes beyond the scope of consent you provide during the Personal Data collection, we will communicate with you to obtain your consent as required by law.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
We may share your Personal Data for the purposes described above as follows:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates;
- To business partners, suppliers, contractors, service providers, and other third parties (such as analytics, technology platform, and advertising providers) we use to deliver our Services to you, support our business operations, and/or enhance user experience;

- To enforce or apply our Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, and other agreements between us where applicable, including for billing and collection purposes; or

During the twelve (12) months prior to the Last Updated Date of this Policy, we may have sold or shared (as those terms are defined by applicable law) Personal Data with the third parties and for the purposes described above. As of the Last Updated Date of this Policy, we do not directly sell or share (as those terms are defined by applicable law) Personal Data collected from or about you through our Services to third-party advertisers or analytics providers without your consent.
YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Your rights may vary depending on where you reside and the nature of your interaction with us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of your information.
Important: The exact scope of these rights vary by country and state. There are also several exceptions under which we may not have an obligation to fulfill your request.
- Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. Please see Cookies and Other Automatic Data Collection Technologies above for information on how to manage these technologies.
- Promotions by the Company. We will send promotional emails, advertisements tailored to your interests and preferences, or other marketing communications to you if you have requested information from us or purchased goods or services from us and you have not opted out of receiving such communications, or with your consent if required by applicable law. If you receive our marketing communications and do not want us to use your information to promote our own products and services, or third parties’ products or services, you can opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions or opt-out link included in such communications, adjusting your communication preferences where available, emailing us and requesting to opt-out using the contact information below, or contacting our email service provider directly and requesting to opt-out. This opt-out generally will not apply to information needed to provide the requested service or other service-based transactions. - Targeted Advertising and Third-Party Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, or, to share your Personal Data with third parties for promotional purposes, you can opt out or revoke your consent by contacting us as provided below or using the consent management tools we make available on the Services.
- Universal Opt-out Mechanisms: In addition, some browsers and browser extensions may support the Global Privacy Control (“GPC” or universal opt-out controls) that can send a signal to process your request to opt out from certain types of data processing, including data “sales” as defined under certain laws. Should we engage in Personal Data sales or sharing (as those terms are defined by applicable law) for targeted advertising purposes, we will make reasonable efforts to honor your choices indicated by the signals sent through such universal opt-out controls consistent with applicable law.
- Location Data. You can choose whether to allow the Services to collect and use real-time information about your Equipment’s location through the Equipment’s privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some Services features may become inaccessible or not function properly.
- Accessing, Updating, and Deleting Your Information. You can contact us as provided below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of Personal Data that you have provided to us. We may also ask you to verify your identity before we respond to your request. Depending on your request, we may not accommodate your request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or negatively affect the information’s accuracy. If we cannot provide you with access to your Personal Data, we will inform you of the reasons, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions.
Please note that if you delete your User Contributions from the Services, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other users of the Services. Proper access to and use of information provided to the Services, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use.
ADDITIONAL DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Subject to applicable law, and depending on your country or state of residency, you may have certain additional rights related to your Personal Data as described below:
U.S. State Data Subject Rights
Depending on your U.S. state of residency and subject to applicable law, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Right to request access to your Personal Data. This enables you to confirm whether we process your Personal Data and to receive a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you. Depending on your state, you may have the right to receive additional information and it will be included in the response to your access request.
- Right to request correction of your Personal Data. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, although we will take into account the data’s nature and processing purpose.
- Right to request deletion of your Personal Data. Subject to certain exceptions under applicable law, you may request that we delete Personal Data about you that we maintain.
- Right to data portability. Where technically feasible and required by applicable law, this enables you to have certain Personal Data we process about you returned to you, or transmitted to a third party of your choosing, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
California Residents. If you are a California resident, you may have additional personal rights and choices with regard to your Personal Data. For example, California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) requires covered entities to permit California residents to request certain information regarding the business’s disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. It is our policy not to disclose Personal Data of individuals to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes if the individual has exercised their cost-free right to opt-out of such disclosure for such purposes as provided above.
Nevada Residents. If you are a Nevada resident, you may have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain covered Personal Data. Please note that we do not currently sell covered information, as “sale” is defined by Nevada law.
Exercising Your U.S. Data Subject Rights
You may exercise your applicable U.S. state data subject rights by submitting a request through the contact details provided below. We will process your requests in a manner consistent with applicable law.
Verification of Your Requests. We may require that your identity be verified prior to processing a valid rights request. We may verify your identity by comparing the information we have about you against the information we receive when you submit your request. If we do not have enough information to verify your identity, we may request additional information from you, consistent with applicable law. We may deny a rights request if we are unable to verify your identity.
Authorized Agents. Some states permit you to designate an authorized agent to submit requests to exercise certain data subject rights on your behalf. Even if you use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, pursuant to applicable law, we may still require that you verify your identity depending on the nature of the request and sensitivity of the information at issue. If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of an individual, you must include a copy of the written, signed permission indicating that you are permitted to act on that person’s behalf.
Appealing a Denied Data Subject Rights Request. In some circumstances, we may deny your request to exercise one or more of the rights described above. If you disagree with our decision to deny your request or any portion of your request, you may appeal our decision within sixty (60) days of receipt of notice that your request has been denied. If you submit an appeal to a denied request more than sixty (60) days after you have been notified of our decision to deny the request, we may deny your appeal. If you submit a timely appeal, we will respond within forty-five (45) days of our receipt of your appeal.
If you wish to appeal a decision, please clearly and plainly describe your basis of disagreement with our decision by responding through the same means by which we communicated our decision or by submitting your appeal by contacting us as described below. We will review your appeal and either amend or uphold our decision. In either case, we will provide a written explanation of the reason for the decision. This decision will be final.
EEA, EU, and UK Residents’ Data Subject Rights
If you reside in the EEA, the EU, or the UK, you have the following rights regarding your Personal Data:
- Right to request access to your Personal Data;
- Right to request rectification (correction) of your Personal Data;
- Right to request erasure of your Personal Data (right to be forgotten;
- Right to object to our processing of your Personal Data, where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) (note that should your Personal Data be processed solely for direct marketing purposes, you can object to that processing at any time without providing any justification);
- Right to request restrictions of processing your Personal Data;
- Right to request portability of your Personal Data (note that under the GDPR, this right only applies to automated data where our legal basis for processing it was either your prior consent or for the performance of a contract with you);
- Where we are relying on consent to process your Personal Data, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of any processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- Right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; and
- If we make automated decisions about you based on your Personal Data that may affect your access or Services provided to you, and subject to certain limitations and exceptions, you have the rights:
- To know the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject;
- To opt-out of any profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effect;
- Not to be subject the automated decision-making so long as the decision is not necessary for the performance of the contract with you or required by legal obligation; and
- To contest the decision and request human intervention in the decision-making process, if such decision making is necessary.
Exercising Your EEA/EU/UK Data Subject Rights
You can exercise any of the rights set out above by contacting us as provided below. We will respond to all requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity. If we reject your data subject request, we will notify you of our reason for doing so.
If you believe that we have not used your Personal Data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint at any time, as applicable, with your local Data Protection Authority (contact information for EU member authorities is available here) or supervisory authority (such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), here) and to seek judicial remedy.
Please note there are some instances where we cannot honor these requests and may be required by law or other legitimate reasons to continue processing your Personal Data.
Canadian Residents
If you are a Canadian resident, subject to certain exceptions as required or permitted by applicable law, you have the rights to access and correct (rectify) the Personal Data we hold about you, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) or your provincial privacy regulator, as applicable.
